Amazing service, and I want to thank the owner Samuel for his kindness into taking care of each and every customer, in a super polite manners. The food was delicious, and definitely coming back soon.
I had a wonderful dining experience at this vaccari Italian restaurant! The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and inviting—perfect for both a casual meal . The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in, food was delicious????????
I thoroughly enjoyed the delightful cold cuts, the perfectly al-dente tagliatelle bolognese, and the delicious tiramisu. A glass of Ethiopian Chardonnay made my meal perfect. I look forward to returning soon.
Place is clean except the usual gnats (not flies) that fly around which is common everywhere. Service was okay. I arrived while it’s totally empty. Server came with some flat bread and chopped or finely minced dips. I didn’t try the dips, just to avoid getting sick. I ordered lasagna with the intention of ordering another plate as well, pasta with meat sauce. Looks like they make heat the lasagna when ordered because it took forever to come. Be patient here, seriously. Taste was good, not spectacular (my expectation from other reviews). Wine: they were willing to open a new bottle for me because most places give you a glass of wine from a bottle opened ling time ago and tastes aweful. So good job on that. Noone came back to give me the bill. So i had to walk over to the front counter to pay.
The best Tiramisu i have had so far in Addis. The pastas were excellent. The lasagna was good though a bit too "saucy" for my liking. Very nice cosy ambience with good service.
I recently dined there and had an extraordinary Italian meal. The chicken salad was a fresh and flavorful start. The lasagne was exceptional, featuring layers of perfectly cooked pasta, rich meat sauce and melted cheese. It was hearty and comforting, just like a homemade Italian dish. The spaghetti with tomato sauce and meat was the perfect second course. Each dish was a testament to authentic Italian cooking, with simple, high-quality ingredients prepared to perfection. I highly recommend Vaccari Italian Restaurant for a true taste of Italy.
It's one of my favourite Italian restaurants. The best antipasti ever!!! The pasta is delicious, and the service is great. Lovely atmosphere for casual or formal occasation. Good collection of wine and other drinks. I highly recommend Italian food lovers to try this restaurant. You won't be disappointed.
In Addis Ababa, the most recommended Italian restaurant is run by an Italian owner who really knows how to make delicious food. The atmosphere is like that of a family home, and they have excellent cheese and oil. The lasagna and pasta are highly recommended!
